Spicer's Consulting provides particular expertise in the development and implementation of evidence based Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Model Programs and Environmental Prevention/Management. Additional expertise are in public health issues, community development and grass roots organizing. General interests and skills are in youth development, preventing and reducing underage drinking and youth access to alcohol, policy work, training and public speaking. I have a wide variety of skills that can help you to navigate community, governmental and institutional structures to improve health, increase capacity and see actual results. Over the past year, we've invested a great deal of time and resources into developing a strong based through social media and internet marketing. This has proven to be quite successful and helped us to create a new niche within our work.
